Transtar Entertainment Company, Inc. (TEC) is an independent broadcast television and feature film production company based in Denver, Colorado.  TEC recently completed two mergers to position the company to become a publicly-traded firm.  In January of 2010, TEC joined forces with Transtar Productions, Inc., a successful film and video production company in business since 1982, and Multi Management Group, Inc., a concert promoter and artist management company also in business since 1982.  Transtar Entertainment Company is now positioned in the entertainment industry to develop, produce and distribute high-definition television programming and budget-driven motion picture films.

     Transtar Entertainment Company operates three divisions:  Our Broadcast Television Division develops and produces all forms of original programming for broadcast television, high-definition cable, video-on-demand, DVD sales and internet streaming;  Our Feature Films Division develops and produces theatrical motion pictures which are marketed through domestic and international distributors;  And our Corporate and Commercial Division operates as a full-service film and video production company producing award-winning television commercials, sales and marketing programs, safety and training videos, and international marketing programs.

     While each division has its own approach to the entertainment and marketing requirements of its medium, all the divisions share TEC's company objectives as well as our state-of-the-art equipment and facilities.  This guarantees that all of the Company's products share the same high-quality standards.  Our goal is to keep Transtar Entertainment a respected name in the industry.
