          The key objectives of Transtar Entertainment Company are:  1) to sufficiently fund the Company to allow for the development and production of high-quality film and television projects;  2) to fill the market need for story, character and budget-driven projects that will reach broad target audiences and deliver commercial success;  3) to build a successful development, production and distribution company that will provide respectable returns to the Company’s investors;  and 4) to build the Company, as much as possible, utilizing the talent, resources and facilities available in Colorado.
